Michael Duchon has gained a strong background in Human Resource management during his 20 years as a business partner in industries spanning from education to retailing, financial services to auto, and many more. Over his many years of professional work experience, Mr. Duchon has provided human resource expertise and guidance to all levels of management working for such companies as M2 Collision Care Centers, Cuyahoga Community College, Americangreetings.com, OfficeMax, Inc., Applied Card System, Inc., JM Family Enterprises, Inc., and Xetron Corporation. In addition to this experience, Michael Duchon works as a part-time Human Resource Consultant through The Center for Executive Education & Development & The Office of Corporate & Community Services at Kent State University
