Biography:

Robert Krampf is a Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati and conducts research in perceived quality and customer satisfaction. He has applied his research findings to numerous consulting activities in local and national firms. Recently he has placed focus on the assessment of quality patient care in hospital organizations and has focused on methods that link satisfaction with perceived quality. Another area of research and teaching that has received the attention of Dr. Krampf is use of national and private branding in retail organizations. He has become especially interested in the dynamic changes that will take place in retailing during the 21st Century. Professor Krampf is actively involved in the doctoral program where he is responsible for teaching a course in Analytical Methods in Marketing Research. At the undergraduate level he offers courses in Retail Management and Marketing Research.
