Biography:

Jack is an executive coach and facilitator to corporations, non-profits, and community groups. For over 25 years, he has been helping organizations take an appreciative approach to improving their approaches to leadership, team performance, and project management. Serving organizations across 20+ industries, from Fortune 500 to start-ups, his client list includes Ford, MCI, American Greetings, Parker Hannifin, Phillips/Nuclear Division, Viacom, American Institute of Banking, Doty and Miller Architects, and University Hospitals. Jack is also a principal with Smart Meeting Design, a collaboration facilitation and web technology firm. Author of Collaborative Creativity, Accidental Conversations, Project Zen, and Appreciative Leadership, Jack has written for national publications including Projects@Work and local publications like Smart Business News and Cool Cleveland. A member of the Society of Professional Journalists, Jack also is a conference seminar presenter and speaker for writers. With an undergraduate degree from John Carroll University, and master's degree from Goddard College, Vermont, Jack continues to teach Executive MBA classes as well as design and deliver workshops in personal, team, and leadership development across industries.
