Study Abroad at the Université Laval in Canada
l’Universite Laval Quebec, Canada Courses Taught in English! Spend three weeks learning about the historical, political, social and economic factors that have shaped Canada’s trading policies. Receive training in intercultural management skills, international marketing competencies, financial and accounting regulations, and the logistics of transportation and cross border controls required by security. Payment ScheduleThe application deadline is April 21, 2007 and payment must be made in full by April 30, 2007. CancellationsAfter March 31, 2007, students who cancel their participation in this program will be required to pay a cancellation fee of $100. Application materials
PassportAll participants are required to have a valid U.S. passport. Students are responsible for applying for and obtaining their own passport. For application information, please consult http://travel.state.gov for more information. Health InsuranceTravel health insurance is mandatory. HTH will be the provider. For more information, please consult their website at http://www.hthstudents.com. Flight ArrangementsStudents are responsible for arranging their own flights to and from Quebec City. If students are interested in booking as a group to travel together, an advisor can assist in this process. ExcursionsVisit the National Assembly, an aluminum smelter, high and low tech business as well as sightseeing excursions including whale watching at the mouth of the Saguenay River.
