Our Career Advising and Management Team works to provide you with successful internship and career searches through customized career advising and career development workshops. Our Employer Relation and Outreach Team partners with corporations for recruitment and hiring by connecting them with talented business students, like yourself.

College of Business Administration Career Advisors are here to help you prepare for the internship and job search from the moment you start your journey at Kent State University. With career assessments, tips on personal branding, résumé and cover letter writing and more, you can make yourself stand out from the other candidates.
You can meet with a Career Advisor either by scheduling an appointment using the online system or by stopping in during drop-in hours from Monday to Thursday between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
We have several resources to better prepare you for your interview or internship. In addition to one-on-one appointments, our Career Advising Team will also deliver the following workshops and presentations to any group of students (student organizations, classes, independent groups) of 10 or more.
