The business management major provides students with an indepth
understanding of the important issues related to managing
people in the corporate and socio-technical environment. The
major also requires exposure to the functions of business—i.e.,
accounting, finance and marketing. The broad knowledge base
provided by this program prepares students for entry-level management
positions, initiating entrepreneurial ventures, or entry into
a number of occupational fields when beginning a business career.
