Live with Fellow Entrepreneurs

Students in The Center of Excellence for Entrepreneurship & Business Innovation's Learning Center live in common residence and participate in a program that allows them to explore their own business ideas, learn from others and work together to bring new concepts to life.

Participants will develop:

• A better understanding of one's own personal attributes that relate to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial activity in business.
• An understanding of the central role of creativity and innovation in entrepreneurship.
• Knowledge of what makes certain business activities entrepreneurial and innovative, and how to judge or measure success and failure in the management of such activities.
• An understanding of the components of a business/project plan and aspects of the planning process.
• Knowledge of the steps required for setting up a new venture and protecting it.
• An ability to think in a creative and innovative manner
• Positive interaction skills, such as: teamwork, collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.
